Work Authorization & E-Verify
Kisner Media Solutions LLC participates in E-Verify. After you are hired, we provide information from your Form I-9 to the U.S. Social Security Administration (SSA) and, if needed, the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) to confirm you are authorized to work in the United States. If E-Verify cannot confirm your authorization, we give you written instructions and an opportunity to contact DHS or SSA to resolve it before we take any action. We do not use E-Verify to pre-screen applicants, and we will not limit or influence your choice of documents for Form I-9.
Right to Work. If you are authorized to work in the U.S., federal law protects you from discrimination based on your national origin or your citizenship / immigration status. No employer may deny you a job or fire you on those bases.
