Privacy Policy

Kisner Media Solutions LLC builds and operates websites and the Client Portal at kisnermediasolutions.com. This policy applies to that website, the portal, and the integrations connected through them.

Account & contact — name, email, phone, company, and details you submit via forms, intake, or the Client Portal. Project content — briefs, files, messages, and assets you upload. Payments — processed by Stripe and PayPal; we never store full card numbers. Connected-service tokens— when staff connect tools (Figma, Notion, Miro, Google Calendar), the access tokens are stored encrypted and used only to display that service's data. Identity verification — where required, handled by Stripe Identity. Usage & device data — IP, browser, and basic activity, for security and operation.

To deliver and maintain your project, website, and the Client Portal; communicate with you (updates, support, billing); process payments and prevent fraud; display data from services you explicitly connect; and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell or share your personal information, and we never use client or customer data for advertising. The only advertising we run is marketing for Kisner Media Solutions itself, on our public marketing site, using consent-based cookies — see Cookies, Advertising & Your Choices below.

If you connect Google Calendar, we request access to your calendar events (calendar.events) so the dashboard can display your schedule and, only when you ask, create or delete eventsyou choose. We do not share this data with third parties or use it for advertising or AI/ML training. Tokens are stored encrypted and can be revoked anytime via "Disconnect" in the dashboard or at your Google account permissions. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

We share data only with vendors that help us run the service, under their own privacy terms: Cloudflare (hosting, storage, security, DNS); Stripe & PayPal (payments) and Stripe Identity (verification); Resend (transactional email); Microsoft Clarity (marketing-site analytics — heatmaps and session replay, on the public site only and only after you accept cookies); and Google, Figma, Notion, Miro only when you connect them, to display their data to you.

On our public marketing site only, we use cookies for two purposes: analytics (to measure how visitors use the site, including Microsoft Clarity heatmaps and session replay) and advertising (to market Kisner Media Solutions on other platforms, such as Google Ads and the Meta Pixel). These are set only after you accept them in our cookie banner, and everything — analytics and advertising alike — stays disabled if you decline. You can change your choice at any time using "Cookie Preferences"in the footer, or through your browser's cookie controls.

Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Our advertising promotes our own business to site visitors; it never uses client or customer data. Our authenticated portals (client, employee, admin, HR, finance) load no analytics or advertising tags at all. To opt out of advertising cookies, decline in the banner or open "Cookie Preferences"; to request deletion of your data, see Data Deletion or email reply@kisnermediasolutions.com.

We keep personal information for as long as your account or project is active, then as needed for legal, tax, or dispute purposes. Sensitive credentials are encrypted at rest, and access is restricted to authorized staff. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and may disconnect any connected service at any time. See Data Deletion for step-by-step instructions, or email reply@kisnermediasolutions.comand we'll respond within a reasonable timeframe.
