You can have your data deleted — This page explains what personal data Kisner Media Solutions LLC holds and exactly how to ask us to delete it. There is no cost, and we will confirm once it is done. To start a request, email reply@kisnermediasolutions.com.
§ 01

What This Covers

This applies to personal data we hold about you as a website visitor, prospect, or client — whether you submitted it directly (forms, the free Website Audit, the Client Portal) or it was collected via advertising and analytics tools such as the Meta (Facebook) Pixel and Meta Conversions API. For the full picture of what we collect and why, see our Privacy Policy.

§ 02

Data We Hold

Contact & lead data — name, email, phone, and company you submit via forms or the audit funnel. Advertising events— when you consent to cookies, we send hashed conversion events (for example, a "Lead") to Meta via the Pixel and Conversions API to measure ad performance; the email/phone in those events is irreversibly hashed (SHA-256) before it leaves us. Account & project data — for clients, the information in your Client Portal. We do not sell your personal information.

§ 03

How to Request Deletion

Email reply@kisnermediasolutions.com from the email address you used with us, with the subject line "Data Deletion Request." Please include the name, email, and (if relevant) phone number or company you gave us so we can locate and verify your records. That's all — no account or login is required to make a request.

§ 04

What Happens & When

We verify the request, then delete your personal data from our systems — including lead records and any stored files — and stop sending your events to Meta. We confirm by email when it's complete, normally well within 30 days. We may retain the minimum information required by law (for example, tax or transaction records) and anonymized/aggregated data that no longer identifies you. Advertising events already delivered to Meta are handled under Meta's data policy; you can also manage or disconnect off-Facebook activity in your Meta Accounts Center.

§ 05

Opt Out of Tracking

You can prevent advertising/analytics data from being collected in the first place: decline cookies in the consent banner on our site (nothing is sent to Meta unless you accept), and unsubscribe from emails via the link in any message or at /unsubscribe. Declining or unsubscribing does not delete data already collected — use the request above for that. Questions any time: reply@kisnermediasolutions.com.
